For as long as I can remember, exercise has always been a part of my life. At 16 I joined my first gym, following a workout plan, and from then I’ve never looked back. Exercise gives me the freedom to push my boundaries and escape the daily stresses of life.
I often get asked what made me want to become a Personal Trainer? Being able to help and shape people’s goals is what attracted me to personal training. Knowing I’ve contributed to improving the health and lifestyle of others is key to why I love being a personal trainer.
There are no quick fixes when it comes to dramatically improving your health and fitness, but that does not mean you can’t achieve optimum results. Fad diets wont help your fitness, and over time damage both your physical and mental wellbeing. The only way to achieve a healthy lifestyle is commitment. I’m not saying you need to work out everyday and never have a slice of pizza or cake, but regular exercise and a solid nutrition will allow you to reach and maintain a better state of health.
Providing workout plans designed specifically for you, personal training is a excellent way to achieve your goals.
You have the power to achieve your goals, and I can help make sure you reach them.
