Scheduled one to one workouts not your thing? CrezFitness offers a remote personal training package. For just £140 a month (minimum 3 month contact, T&C’s apply), online clients get;

• tailormade training plan
• nutritional program (including adjustments) 
• access to training app
• weekly check ins 
• weekly video call

9Need an extra push to reach your goal?  I offer regular one on one training at Pure Gym Gloucester. From £160 a month (T’s & C’s apply) clients receive;

• weekly 1-2-1 training
• tailormade training plan
• nutritional program (including adjustments) 
• access to training app
• monthly stats

note: only available to members of Pure Gym Gloucester. Clients will need to pay a monthly membership free to Pure Gym, from £19.99 a month. 

Don’t fancy joining a gym but still need that extra push with your fitness?  I offer one to one personal training from the comfort of your own home. As a personal trainer trainer, my experience allows me to offer this service without the need for gym equipment. So, if you have enough space to perform a star jump, I am able to help,
